Associate Full-Stack Engineer at Encord - Series C AI infrastructure startup

Join a high-growth startup building the universal data layer for AI. You will develop the interfaces used by 300+ AI teams, including Toyota and Zipline, to manage multimodal data. This role offers end-to-end ownership across the stack, focusing on technically demanding frontend challenges and data-heavy applications that power real-world AI applications.

• Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from initial product and design decisions through to deployment and monitoring impact on users.
• Build and maintain sophisticated frontend interfaces using TypeScript and React to help AI teams index, curate, and annotate petabytes of data.
• Collaborate across the full stack with Python-based backends and modern infrastructure including Kubernetes, GCP, and PyTorch.

• A builder with 0-3 years of experience who has personally developed and maintained systems from scratch or contributed significantly to major projects.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, with a first-principles mindset and the ability to pick up Python or other technologies as needed.
