Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Own the Sales Lifecycle: Lead discovery calls with C-suite stakeholders to diagnose business problems and qualify high-value AI opportunities from initial contact to close.
  • Solution Scoping: Translate vague client needs into structured AI project scopes, including audits, pilots, and full builds, while validating technical feasibility with internal engineers.
  • Scale the Revenue Engine: Refine the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), manage GTM Associates to ensure pipeline quality, and establish repeatable, pragmatic sales motions.

  • Complex Sales Experience: 4–7 years in strategy consulting, early-stage technical startup sales, or a hybrid commercial/technical role handling bespoke, non-standard engagements.
  • AI & Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of modern AI capabilities—including LLMs and agents—sufficient to hold credible, high-level conversations with technical stakeholders.
  • Execution Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, possesses sharp commercial judgment to prioritize deals, and does not require heavy corporate infrastructure to succeed.
