Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Own the high-volume admission pipeline, making rapid, high-quality decisions on hundreds of applications weekly to identify top 5% talent.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a network of 40+ active technical facilitators to ensure seamless course delivery across multiple global cohorts.
  • Build and ship lean operational systems, replacing manual Slack workflows with repeatable SOPs and automations that enable 2x throughput growth.
