You will own the operations engine scaling high-impact technical courses from 3,000 to 10,000+ annual participants. By managing admissions, facilitator pipelines, and lean systems, you will personally clear the path for the next generation of researchers and engineers at labs like Anthropic, DeepMind, and the UK AI Safety Institute.

• Own the high-volume admission pipeline, making rapid, high-quality decisions on hundreds of applications weekly to identify top 5% talent.
• Recruit, train, and manage a network of 40+ active technical facilitators to ensure seamless course delivery across multiple global cohorts.
• Build and ship lean operational systems, replacing manual Slack workflows with repeatable SOPs and automations that enable 2x throughput growth.

• High-agency operator with evidence of building or scaling something real, such as a 200+ person event or a successful year-long side project.
• Sharp human judgment capable of evaluating technical applications quickly and accurately under high-pressure, high-volume conditions.
• Mission-aligned individual with a deep commitment to AI safety or existential risk reduction, likely having engaged with the EA or AI safety ecosystem.
