What you will do
- Manage the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, strategic reviews, and commercial renewal negotiations to ensure long-term value realisation.
- Act as a technical expert on the platform, coaching revenue and operations teams on data integrations and predictive insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into platform enhancements and new features.
