Role overview
What you will do
- Design and execute statistical methodologies to validate AI-driven healthcare models, ensuring clinical relevance and statistical rigor for regulatory alignment.
- Collaborate with data scientists and the Medical Director to define study designs, endpoints, and validation frameworks for prospective and real-world studies.
- Develop automated analysis pipelines for complex clinical datasets, providing critical insights into study power, data quality, and the interpretability of AI outputs.
Who this is a fit for
- Holds a PhD or Master’s in Biostatistics or a related quantitative field with 3+ years of experience in biotech, healthcare, or medical research.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in R or Python for statistical modeling and has a solid understanding of validating machine learning or AI models.
- Possesses excellent communication skills to translate complex statistical findings for multidisciplinary stakeholders and is comfortable traveling up to 25% to the UK.
