Join the Data Science team to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance data architectures supporting millions of users. You will define the strategic Data Engineering Roadmap, manage complex ETL/ELT processes using Airflow and DBT, and optimize Redshift environments. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decisions that improve global mental health access.

Talkspace, Inc. is a leading provider of virtual mental health care that offers online and mobile therapy services, connecting users with licensed therapists and psychiatrists through web and mobile platforms. It provides messaging therapy, live virtual sessions, psychiatry, medication management, and self-guided tools for individuals, couples, and teens, accessible via subscription and covered by insurers including Medicare.

What you will do

  • Design and maintain scalable data architectures for batch and streaming processing using Python, SQL, and AWS.
  • Spearhead the administration and optimization of Redshift data warehouses and complex ETL/ELT pipelines with Airflow and DBT.
  • Build and automate MLOps pipelines to deploy and monitor machine learning models that power intelligent therapy matching.

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in data engineering, with deep expertise in Python, SQL, and AWS cloud environments.
  • Proven track record of architecting Redshift data warehouses and implementing dimensional modeling for enterprise-scale datasets.
