What you will do
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to design and deploy high-stakes AI solutions and robust software architectures for government departments.
- Mentor and grow junior data scientists while establishing technical best practices and maintaining delivery rigor across the project lifecycle.
- Partner with commercial leaders to translate complex business problems into viable technical scopes and contribute to the firm's thought leadership.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- Fluent in Python (NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch) with senior-level experience in professional data science or quantitative academia.
- Proven track record in consulting or within UK government departments such as DWP, HMRC, or DSIT, understanding the nuances of public sector delivery.
