Design Engineer at Architect - Early-stage AI web platform

Join Architect to redefine how the internet works by building intelligent web experiences that adapt in real-time. Working directly with the founders in London, you will bridge the gap between high-fidelity design and production-ready code, creating fluid, AI-driven interfaces that optimize for conversion and deliver an entirely new category of living web experiences.

• Transform wireframes, mockups, and complex design systems into fluid, interactive production experiences for end-users.
• Build and maintain intuitive internal tools that allow customers to manage their personalized AI web agents easily.
• Collaborate daily with the founding team to define engineering standards and the visual language of the platform.

• Expert in TypeScript, React, Tailwind, and Motion with a deep obsession for detail and fluidity.
• Proven ability to write high-quality, maintainable code while moving at the speed of a fast-paced startup.
• Experience with highly interactive web animations, Three.js/WebGL, or generative AI integration is highly preferred.

• Impact an entirely new category of the web where every site functions as an intelligent AI agent.
• Work in a high-intensity, in-person environment directly reporting to the CPTO at an early-stage startup.
• Substantial equity stake (up to 1%) in a company aiming to rebuild the fundamental architecture of the internet.
