Design Lead at Conveo

You will own the design function for a hyper-growth AI startup, bridging the gap between high-level visual direction and a scalable, systematic execution. You'll build the design system from the ground up, manage external agency partners, and ship high-quality brand and marketing collateral that supports our scale from $4M to $50M ARR.

• Build and maintain a scalable design system across Figma, web, and presentation decks, ensuring cross-company adoption of components and tokens.
• Ship high-volume, high-quality creative assets including sales decks, investor materials, ad creative, and social media content.
• Act as the central design ops hub, triaging all incoming requests and managing the day-to-day partnership with a tier-1 website redesign agency.

• 6+ years of design experience with a focus on B2B SaaS and a portfolio proving both systematic thinking and elite craft.
• Proven track record of building and successfully implementing design systems that external teams and internal stakeholders actually adopted.
• Exceptional presentation design skills with the ability to hold your own alongside opinionated founders and senior creative directors.
