Business Operations Lead at Signalcore AI

This is a rare pre-seed opportunity for a high-intensity operator with 2–4 years of experience in consulting, banking, or startups to serve as a true operating partner. You’ll own everything from GTM discovery and pilot operations to fundraising strategy, gaining a masterclass in early-stage company building. With a $150k salary and meaningful equity, you’ll be the third or fourth operational person in the room, driving the execution loops that turn ambitious AI technology into a category-defining enterprise company.

You will serve as the primary operating partner to the CEO, driving execution across GTM strategy, pilot operations, and internal rhythms. This hands-on IC role bridges the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution, ensuring the company maintains a rapid learning cycle during its critical early commercial phase.

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Establish and manage the company’s operating cadence, including priority tracking, internal communication flows, and decision-making dashboards to ensure rapid execution.
  • Lead early GTM learning by building outbound motions, running customer discovery sessions, and synthesizing market feedback to shape the product roadmap.
  • Own pilot operations and customer success, coordinating technical teams and managing stakeholder communications to turn early deployments into successful reference stories.
