Data Scientist at cofounder

As the first Data Scientist, you will define the ML function from scratch for an elite team automating 59,000+ tasks monthly. You will build and deploy models that orchestrate AI agents across engineering, marketing, and finance, directly enabling solo founders to run billion-dollar businesses with human-in-the-loop intelligence.

• Design and deploy production-grade ML models to power complex AI agent orchestration and task automation.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into well-defined machine learning problems that improve agent decision-making.
• Build the company’s data science infrastructure from the ground up, establishing best practices for model measurement and impact.

• Expert in Python with deep experience in pandas, scikit-learn, and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proven track record of moving beyond notebooks to ship and maintain ML models in high-scale production environments.
• Background in NLP or LLM integration, thriving in unstructured environments where you own the technical roadmap end-to-end.
