As the first dedicated marketing hire reporting to the CEO, you will build Sitewire’s GTM engine from the ground up. You’ll own everything from high-touch event marketing and influencer networks to product marketing and demand generation. This is a high-impact role shaping the public face of a category-defining real estate fintech platform.

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Design and execute a multi-city event strategy including trade shows, local happy hours, and speaking engagements to drive relationship-based growth.
  • Build an active influencer and referral network on social media while developing a comprehensive video and content strategy for two distinct audiences.
  • Partner with sales to master customer personas and launch database marketing campaigns that convert private lenders and real estate developers into advocates.

Who you are

  • You have 5+ years of B2B software marketing experience, ideally within a high-growth startup where you successfully wore multiple hats across GTM.
  • You are a versatile operator who can balance event logistics and relationship building with demand generation, product marketing, and PLG experiments.
  • You possess a strong instinct for networking and brand building, with a preference for candidates who have experience in real estate, construction, or lending.
