Backed by $7M from Balderton Capital and icons like Kevin Hartz, we are looking for a high-agency Founders Associate to serve as the CEO’s right hand in our 14-person London team. What you'll do
What you will do
- Drive the CEO’s strategic initiatives from concept to completion, managing parallel workstreams and ensuring high-quality execution without hand-holding.
- Design and ship internal AI agents and automated tools using Cursor and Claude Code to streamline company-wide operations and data intelligence.
- Own end-to-end founder operations including complex multi-timezone scheduling, travel logistics, and financial modeling to maximize the CEO’s focus.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- 1–4 years of post-graduate experience in a high-intensity environment like a startup, consulting, or as a previous founder.
- Technical enough to build automations and AI agents or a rapid learner comfortable living in tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
- A low-ego, high-agency operator who thrives on relentless follow-through and treats no task as too small or too complex.
