What you will do
- Partner with product engineers and co-founders to set product direction, conducting user research to clarify complex workflows and technical business logic.
- Design and iterate on both B2B advisor dashboards and B2C client experiences, ensuring a high degree of polish for data-dense, institutional-grade interfaces.
- Build and maintain SyntheticFi’s foundational design system, establishing the patterns and standards that will define the brand’s digital identity across all platforms.
