What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end design process for consumer mobile apps and wearable integrations, translating complex health data into intuitive insights.
- Manage and mentor a small design team while collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Data Science to drive high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular user research to define problems, test hypotheses, and advocate for the member experience throughout the product lifecycle.
