What you'll do
What you will do
- Design and implement legal intake, triage, and contract lifecycle workflows structured for AI-driven querying, renewal tracking, and obligation surfacing.
- Build and maintain the legal team’s AI infrastructure, including custom Claude skills, Notion automations, and API integrations to eliminate manual, recurring tasks.
- Operationalize the compliance program and data retention policies, serving as the point person for investor due diligence, regulatory exams, and customer audits.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- 4–7 years of experience in legal operations or as an in-house paralegal, with a proven track record of building systems from scratch rather than maintaining existing ones.
- High AI fluency with hands-on experience building durable workflows using Claude, Notion, or APIs to structure data for automated consumption and scaling.
- Exceptional systems thinking and project management skills, particularly within regulated environments like fintech or mortgage, where precision and discretion are paramount.
