What you'll do
What you will do
- Own the San Francisco P&L, managing all financial and operational metrics to maximize revenue, fleet utilization, and profit.
- Lead end-to-end fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance programs, driver scheduling, and the execution of safety and compliance audits.
- Partner with the growth team to recruit, onboard, and retain a high-performing driver base while fostering a supportive workplace culture.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- Brings 2+ years of experience in operations management or business consulting with a proven track record of delivering against P&L goals.
- Has 2+ years of people management experience with the ability to lead diverse teams and a willingness to work on-site five days a week.
- Possesses a data-driven mindset and a BA/BS from a top-tier institution; an MBA or previous experience with Uber/Lyft is highly preferred.
