People Manager at Limbic

As the first dedicated People Manager, you will own the entire employee lifecycle for a mission-driven AI startup. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will scale operations across the UK, Europe, and the US. You will balance hands-on HR tasks with strategic culture-building as the company expands its clinical AI tools globally.

Their main products include Limbic Access (AI clinical assistant for automating intakes and assessments), Limbic Care (generative AI companion for patient support), Limbic Intake Agent (voice AI for handling calls), and Limbic Layer (clinically validated generative AI for healthcare compliance).

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from strategic hiring and onboarding to performance reviews, compensation frameworks, and offboarding.
  • Partner with leadership to manage international expansion, ensuring HR operations, contracts, and compliance scale effectively for the growing US team.
  • Develop and champion company culture and wellbeing initiatives, utilizing AI tools to streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
