- Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from strategic hiring and onboarding to performance reviews, compensation frameworks, and offboarding.
- Partner with leadership to manage international expansion, ensuring HR operations, contracts, and compliance scale effectively for the growing US team.
- Develop and champion company culture and wellbeing initiatives, utilizing AI tools to streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
