Working in a fast-paced seed-stage environment, you’ll collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate complex hormonal science into intuitive, user-centric features that empower women to understand their bodies through AI-driven insights.

Hormona is a global women’s health and femtech company that develops digital tools and hardware to help women understand, monitor, and improve their hormonal health. Through its flagship hormone-tracking app, Hormona enables users to log menstrual cycles, symptoms, and overall wellbeing, then uses data and algorithmic analysis to identify patterns and provide personalized insights into hormone-related changes. The platform combines evidence-based content and expert-reviewed recommendations from endocrinologists, gynecologists, and nutritionists to support women in managing hormonal imbalances and living in sync with their cycles. In addition to the app, Hormona is developing at-home hormone testing devices, including an estrogen testing device, plus supplements and wellness tests, with the aim of offering real-time hormone tracking and personalized treatment and lifestyle plans for women worldwide.

What you will do

  • Lead the full product design lifecycle, from conducting user research and interviews to delivering high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to turn complex health data and scientific hypotheses into seamless consumer mobile experiences.
  • Maintain and evolve the visual design system, ensuring exceptional craft and interaction quality across the platform’s iOS and Android apps.

  • Has 5-7+ years of experience in product design, specifically focused on consumer-facing mobile applications with a strong portfolio of 0-to-1 work.
  • Demonstrates deep expertise in user research methodologies and the ability to translate qualitative insights into impactful product improvements.
