What you'll do
What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end hiring process for technical roles, from initial mapping and high-conversion outreach to final candidate closing and offer negotiation.
- Partner directly with Engineering Leads and the C-suite to define success profiles, refine interview scorecards, and coach teams on raising the hiring bar.
- Execute the engineering hiring playbook, positioning Omnea as the premier destination for elite software talent through creative employer branding and strategic networking.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- Has 4+ years of experience in high-growth tech recruitment, specifically placing engineers within the TypeScript/JavaScript and London startup ecosystem.
- Demonstrates a background in top-tier London recruitment agencies with a proven track record of finding rare talent that others miss.
- Operates with an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in hybrid London environments (Tue-Thu) while maintaining meticulous ATS hygiene and a focus on quality over volume.
