Talent Acquisition Specialist at Entrepreneurs First
Entrepreneurs First pioneered "Talent Investing" in 2014, and now you can lead the search for the people who find the world's next great founders. In this London-based role, you won't just fill funnels; you’ll build a category by identifying future Talent Investors before they even know the role exists. You will leverage a £95k-£105k base, performance bonuses, and equity participation while running high-signal events and apprenticing with elite investors to sharpen your own talent judgment and taste.

- Execute proactive outbound sourcing and run high-quality, end-to-end hiring processes for roles in London, Paris, and eventually global markets.
- Apprentice under senior Talent Investors to develop a calibrated "taste" for identifying individuals with extraordinary potential before they become founders.
Who you are

- Has 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically hiring for investor, founder-facing, or senior operator roles without a standard playbook.
- Demonstrates exceptional outbound craft and the ability to build professional networks that stay engaged and responsive over several years.
- Possesses commercial literacy and a curiosity for the venture model, thriving in ambiguous environments where hiring criteria are still being codified.
