What you'll do
What you will do
- Own end-to-end technical hiring for Engineering and Product roles in London, from initial role design and sourcing to final offer close.
- Architect the talent infrastructure, including role frameworks, interview structures, and levelling guides that will define how Fleek scales globally.
- Develop AI-powered recruiting tools and sourcing automations to create significant leverage in identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- Proven experience in-house at an early-stage startup where you successfully sourced and closed technical talent without relying on established brand recognition.
- Technically literate enough to partner with engineering leaders on high-bar calibration and deep understanding of backend, platform, and infrastructure requirements.
- A builder mindset with experience creating tools or workflows using AI platforms like Claude Code to automate and enhance recruiting operations.
