What you will do
- Design and build agentic workflows using LangChain and Python to automate reasoning and complex decision-making across partner bank systems.
- Maintain the AI quality bar by implementing structured evals, monitoring, and iterative prompt engineering to ensure reliable agent behavior.
- Partner with stakeholders at top-tier banks to translate ambiguous operational challenges into technical AI solutions and actionable risk insights.
