AI Engineer (Generalist) at BUILD, Inc.

You will own end-to-end agentic workflows, from prototype to production, building visual reasoning and multi-agent systems that solve real-world problems. Partnering with domain experts and institutional customers, you’ll translate complex real estate tasks into high-performance software, driving the next generation of automation for the built world’s most significant projects.

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents using Python and LangGraph to handle complex, long-running real estate development workflows.
• Own and ship full-stack features end-to-end, managing everything from backend agent reasoning logic to polished, high-utility frontend user surfaces.
• Collaborate directly with institutional customers to translate multi-week manual processes into automated outcomes that scale across trillion-dollar asset portfolios.

• Has 3-5 years of engineering experience, ideally within high-growth vertical AI companies or elite engineering cultures like Ramp, Scale AI, or Glean.
• Demonstrates a proven track record of shipping production-grade LLM or agentic systems that deliver measurable value to real-world end users.
• Possesses full-stack capabilities with a strong "startup DNA," excelling in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where they can drive projects from concept to completion.

• Work at the frontier of agentic AI with a team including leadership experience from 11x.ai’s rapid scale-up and backing from heavyweights like Index Ventures.
• Experience radical autonomy and high-stakes ownership in a seed-stage startup that has already achieved 7-figure revenue and is rapidly approaching 8-figures.
• Solve hard, unsolved problems where AI meets the physical world, directly impacting massive global infrastructure, energy, and industrial projects through autonomous workflows.
