AI Lead at Wyn Procurement Limited

As the first AI Lead at a fast-growing London procurement firm, you will own the end-to-end automation strategy. You will design and deploy autonomous agents and intelligent workflows across sales, operations, and marketing. Working directly with founders, you'll leverage LLMs to drive massive internal efficiency in a high-impact, low-bureaucracy environment.

• Identify automation opportunities across every department and build custom solutions using Python, LLM APIs, and no-code tools.
• Develop and deploy intelligent agents that integrate seamlessly with HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Monday.com to handle complex tasks end-to-end.
• Define the company’s AI roadmap, experimenting with the latest tools to transform manual service delivery into scalable, automated workflows.

• A recent graduate from a top UK university with a technical degree in Computer Science or Engineering (0–2 years experience).
• A proven builder with a portfolio of AI side projects, hackathon wins, or shipped tools demonstrating hands-on experience with LLMs.
• A resourceful "hacker" mindset with existing UK work authorization who is obsessed with automation and rapid, results-oriented development.

• Take full ownership of AI strategy from scratch at a proven business with significant market traction and a growing team of 15.
• Move beyond simple tickets to build high-impact autonomous agents that directly influence the bottom line of a specialist software consultancy.
• Work in a high-energy Liverpool Street hub with a flat hierarchy, offering direct exposure to founders and immediate responsibility for core business systems.
