LITHOSQUARE is a next-generation mineral exploration company that combines foundational AI, geological expertise, and real-world data to speed up mineral exploration, reduce uncertainty, prioritize targets, lower costs, and accelerate discoveries. It offers structural geology, 3D modelling, and data interpretation services for exploration and mining projects, based in Paris, France.
What you will do
- Partner with Geosciences and Ops teams to map complex workflows and design end-to-end AI systems using n8n, Python, and agentic frameworks like LangGraph.
- Develop and maintain MCP servers and API integrations to provide autonomous agents with secure access to internal geological data and external tools.
- Foster an AI-native culture by coaching internal "AI champions" and embedding advanced tools like Cursor and custom agents into daily team norms.
Who this is a fit for
- 0–2 years of experience as an "AI-native" builder with a portfolio of projects demonstrating your ability to ship working prototypes and end-to-end workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of agentic stacks, including RAG, tool-calling, Prompt Engineering, and Model Context Protocols (MCP).
- Excellent transversal communication skills, capable of translating complex business pains into technical schemas and explaining architectural choices to non-technical peers.
