What you will do
- Design, execute, and optimize microbial fermentation runs from initial lab-scale testing through to 100L+ pilot-scale operations.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges related to sterility, feedstock utilization, and process stability to ensure consistent production quality.
- Analyze fermentation data to iterate on process parameters and provide technical insights for downstream integration.
Who this is a fit for
- Holds at least 3 years of industrial experience outside of academia specifically focused on microbial fermentation and process scale-up.
- Possesses hands-on expertise with a variety of organisms, including yeast, and has managed complex sterility requirements in industrial settings.
