What you will do
- Lead technical onboarding and integration sessions for new customers, ensuring seamless deployment of Greptile across diverse engineering environments.
- Partner with the product team to translate customer feedback and technical requirements into high-impact roadmap features and platform improvements.
- Build custom scripts, tooling, and documentation to help customers automate their codebase analysis and accelerate their internal development cycles.
Who this is a fit for
- Proven experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Architecture, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Developer Relations at a SaaS company.
