- Take full ownership of Document Management System projects, developing robust project plans, RAID logs, and Change Orders to ensure seamless delivery.
- Facilitate senior-level project board meetings and produce concise status reporting to manage complex multi-party environments involving clients and vendors.
- Support technical teams in issue resolution and escalation management while leading communication strategies to ensure successful user adoption and change management.
