What you will do

  • Lead and mentor 2-3 engineering teams totaling 12-20 engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Partner with Product and Design leadership to define technical roadmaps and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions at a fast-growth velocity.
  • Facilitate critical architectural decisions and refine scalable engineering processes across domains like Accounting, Insights, and Workflow Orchestration.

Who this is a fit for

  • You have over 8 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years successfully managing multiple engineering teams simultaneously in high-growth environments.
  • You possess a proven track record of scaling engineering functions within Series A+ B2B SaaS companies, ideally with experience in distributed systems and cloud architecture.
  • You are a data-driven leader who is comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and has a history of growing engineering talent at pace.
