What you will do
- Lead and scale a team of 4+ engineers across multiple product workstreams while remaining hands-on with code, architecture, and technical decision-making.
- Partner directly with product, design, and operations leaders to define roadmap strategy and build a transparent, efficient financial operating system.
- Own the hiring, mentorship, and career development of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and a strong bias for action.
