Our core product is OCCAM-X, an AI pilot which Ukraine uses to automate segments of the frontline, saving the lives of our soldiers who no longer need to directly engage in combat. OCCAM-X is in the process of being adopted by NATO as the core of Europe's drone wall.
What you will do
- Ensure robust, scalable engineering processes are maintained across our Ukrainian core product team.
- Drive the hiring, staffing, and establishment of product and Go-To-Market teams across NATO member states.
- Manage active roadmaps, timelines, and effectively communicate trade-offs and strategic compromises to leadership.
