- Lead and develop a product engineering team, managing recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship to ensure collective success and professional growth.
- Partner closely with Product Management to define and co-own the product roadmap, aligning business objectives with high-quality technical execution.
- Maintain a high bar for engineering excellence by guiding architectural decisions and contributing to the broader engineering strategy alongside the CTO.
