What you'll do

What you will do

Lead the architecture and implementation of real-time Voice AI agent platforms, focusing on LLM orchestration, tool calling, and streaming pipelines.
Manage and mentor a team of 4–8 engineers, conducting regular 1:1s and technical refinement sessions to ensure velocity and high-quality career growth.
Collaborate with product and customer experience teams to translate market needs into reliable, low-latency agent capabilities and automated degradation strategies.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership, demonstrating a strong foundation in distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
Proven expertise in building real-time, low-latency systems involving streaming, WebSockets, or telephony infrastructure (STT/TTS, WebRTC, or SIP).
Active daily user of AI coding assistants with a deep interest in LLM-powered application frameworks like LiveKit, LangGraph, or Vercel AI SDK.
