- Lead end-to-end technical implementations for major health systems, from initial scoping and API integration to production go-live and performance optimization.
- Architect and debug complex workflows involving EHRs, scheduling platforms, and telephony systems to handle insurance verification and clinical protocols.
- Partner with Product Engineering to transform customer-specific requirements into scalable platform features that accelerate future deployments.
