What you'll do
What you will do
- Manage the entire lifecycle of strategic accounts, from technical configuration and security reviews to renewal and relationship expansion.
- Lead weekly working sessions with senior stakeholders at leading financial services and healthcare enterprises to translate needs into product requirements.
- Use AI-native coding tools like Claude Code to ship UI fixes, new features, and bug squashes directly in response to customer feedback.

- Has 2–5 years of experience in a high-stakes commercial or technical role such as solutions architecture, deployment strategy, or customer engineering.
- Demonstrates strong technical intuition and a desire to ship software, even if not currently working in a full-time engineering capacity.
