What you will do
- Define the market wedge and initial geography, deciding whether to lead with defense, civilian surge, or humanitarian procurement channels to establish a foothold.
- Orchestrate the development of a software layer that ingests live data from hardware devices to provide unified patient, pod, and theatre-level views.
- Navigate dual-use complexities and build a narrative to secure a lighthouse deployment and close a Seed round with top-tier defense-tech and venture investors.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- Proven founder or senior operator who has successfully built and scaled a platform or infrastructure product from zero to one in high-stakes environments.
- Deep familiarity with procurement and operations within at least one core segment: defense medical, humanitarian NGOs, or large-scale European health systems like the NHS.
- Strong technical instincts regarding edge computing, IoT device orchestration, and data architecture to guide product strategy even if not personally writing code.
