What you will do
- Architect and harden production-grade orchestration frameworks using LLMs, persistent memory, and tool-integration for complex industrial workflows.
- Implement high-fidelity RAG pipelines to ensure reliable context retrieval from fragmented, real-world data sources.
- Strategically select and optimize models, balancing frontier reasoning models with fine-tuned open-weight models for performance and data sovereignty.

- 7+ years of systems engineering experience with a deep understanding of the infrastructure required to make AI reliable in production.
- Expert fluency in the transformer-based stack, including embeddings, vector databases, and sophisticated context window management.
