What you will do
- Design, implement, and refactor robust database schemas and multi-API services, ensuring scalability and cost-optimization.
- Architect and build systems with a pragmatic approach, balancing clean code for longevity with rapid experimentation for product-market fit.
- Leverage agentic coding tools and AI to drive innovation, staying at the forefront of technology in a fast-paced startup environment.
Who this is a fit for
- Possesses 5-10 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a startup environment.
- Fluent in Python and Typescript/Javascript, demonstrating a competent full-stack technical skillset.
- Holds a Masters degree in a technical discipline (e.g., software engineering or computer science) and is a grounded AI optimist.
