What you will do
- Build and deploy end-to-end features and AI agents that autonomously gather evidence and cross-reference thousands of planning data sources.
- Collaborate directly with government users to translate complex regulatory requirements into intuitive, durable workflows and human-in-the-loop interfaces.
- Influence every aspect of the engineering culture, from selecting tools to establishing high-velocity shipping standards using AI-assisted development.
Who this is a fit for
- You have 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer shipping production-grade products, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
- You are an expert in React and TypeScript and are comfortable working with tools like Supabase, AWS, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- You possess a founder mindset and a deep curiosity for solving user problems, particularly those involving complex LLM-driven agents and workflows.
