As the Founding Full Stack Engineer at NELP, you will own the entire technical stack and shape a product that directly impacts patient safety and nurse retention. You’ll build enterprise-grade infrastructure, AI-driven workflows, and complex data models for large health systems, turning firsthand customer feedback into production features within days.

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end architecture and implementation of production features across four integrated products using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
  • Design and scale complex data models for multi-hospital organizational structures and implement robust enterprise infrastructure including SSO/SAML and HRIS integrations.
  • Collaborate directly with health system leaders to translate their needs into AI-enhanced workflows for document retrieval and clinical evidence organization.
