As the first dedicated commercial hire, you will architect the engine that scales Helmguard.ai. You will build the repeatable motion for turning enterprise demand into a predictable pipeline, owning everything from outbound strategy and RevOps to positioning for C-suite buyers. This is a builder’s role designed to define our commercial trajectory.

What you will do

  • Design and instrument the outbound machine from scratch, leveraging AI agents for research and drafting while treating top-of-funnel as the primary constraint.
  • Build the GTM operating spine, including full CRM implementation, pipeline instrumentation, and the weekly cadence that transforms activity into a reliable forecast.
  • Find and run the partnership and channel plays that compound, refining positioning for CISOs and VPs of Risk at large enterprises to ensure consistency across all sales surfaces.
