What you will do
- Design and ship end-to-end features, balancing 60% frontend development in React/TypeScript with 40% backend services in Go and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate directly with the founder and small engineering team to scope, architect, and deliver high-quality financial tools that feel effortless for consumers.
- Leverage and integrate emerging AI tools to increase engineering velocity while maintaining the security and reliability required for a live payments platform.

- Has a strong product sense and deep experience building consumer-facing products with React and TypeScript, emphasizing polished UI and trustworthy UX.
- Demonstrates a track record of ownership as a founding or early engineer, capable of navigating the ambiguity of an early-stage startup environment.
