What you will do
- Design and ship core product features using Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS to create seamless candidate and recruiter experiences.
- Collaborate directly with the CTO on API contracts, system design, and the broader technical roadmap across the entire SaaS platform.
- Translate early-stage product ideas into fast, polished production code while maintaining a high bar for UX quality and system performance.
