Most established creator platforms are one-size-fits-all. Clubb is different. We give creators the building blocks to launch their own branded membership products - content hosting, payments, growth tools, and AI features that match their vertical. AI is at the heart of where we’re heading - we’re building agentic and AI-powered features that creators couldn’t build for themselves, and that no other platform offers. Our mission is simple: help creators run one-person businesses doing millions in revenue.
Right now Clubb is two founders and our first growth hire. You’d be our first engineering hire, working alongside Rich (tech cofounder), who’s built the product to date, and Ben (product cofounder), who runs product strategy. We’ve tripled revenue in the last few months, work with leading creators like Tyler Butt, Alex Hughes and Amina Taha, and have done it all bootstrapped - no funding raised.
What you will do
- Build and ship full-stack features using Next.js, Node, Postgres, and AWS, moving from design or prototype to production in tight weekly loops.
- Architect and implement agentic AI capabilities that allow creators to automate complex workflows and scale their one-person businesses effectively.
- Collaborate directly with creators to identify pain points, then design and execute technical solutions that provide immediate value to thousands of users.
Who this is a fit for
- Has 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience at product-driven companies, with a proven track record of shipping complex features independently.
- Possesses hands-on experience building with LLMs and shipping agentic or AI-powered features in production environments, managing the challenges of non-deterministic systems.
- Is a power user of modern AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude, prioritizing building and shipping over writing code for its own sake.
