What you will do

Conduct a technical audit of current Supabase and Vapi integrations to define a production-ready roadmap and scalable data model.
Design the proprietary matchmaking scoring algorithm that weights buyer-seller signals to deliver surgical targeting and valuation uplifts.
Create detailed technical specifications and a hiring scorecard to recruit and manage the mid-level engineering team through to exit.

Who this is a fit for

Proven experience building multi-agent conversational AI or voice systems (Vapi, Retell, LangGraph) in production environments.
Background designing complex two-sided matching engines or scoring systems for marketplaces, recruiting platforms, or financial services.
Senior leadership experience at post-seed/Series A startups with the ability to translate non-technical founder vision into robust engineering architecture.
