Adonis is a revenue intelligence and automation platform built for healthcare, solving operational challenges in revenue cycle management (RCM). It uses AI, machine learning, and data science to integrate with EHRs, patient portals, and clearinghouses, identifying revenue leakage, denials, underpayments, and providing real-time insights, alerts, recommendations, and autonomous resolutions to help providers collect owed revenue and improve efficiency
What you will do
- Design, architect, and implement scalable full-stack software solutions using Python, TypeScript/React, and PostgreSQL to power autonomous AI agents.
- Partner directly with Product and Design to prototype and ship complex web applications that transform how healthcare providers manage revenue cycles.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers while maintaining high code quality through modern CI/CD pipelines and systems design best practices.
Who this is a fit for
- At least 3 years of production full-stack experience with Python, React, and PostgreSQL, with a proven ability to scale client-facing applications.
- Deep domain expertise in healthcare technology or revenue cycle management (RCM), ideally having worked at companies like Cedar, Flatiron, or Oscar Health.
- Strong product intuition and a "smart speed" mentality, capable of navigating ambiguity to ship high-quality code that solves immediate customer problems.
