Full-Stack Engineer at Drafter Inc.

Mechanical engineers spend 30% of their time on soul-crushing manual documentation and CAD translation. This well-funded startup is building an AI Manufacturing Engineer to automate that work, accelerating the production of rockets, robots, and medical devices. As an early Full-Stack Engineer, you'll own 3D visualization and CAD integration features using a stack of Python, React, and Three.js. If you want to build software that actually touches the physical world and enjoy high autonomy alongside a founding team of experts, this is your chance to join a mission-driven team with 99th-percentile benefits and significant equity.

About this role

Role overview

You will build the go-to-manufacturing platform for critical hardware, developing an AI Manufacturing Engineer that automates complex design-to-production workflows. Working across the stack, you'll own features involving 3D model interactions and CAD integrations, directly helping mechanical engineers at leading space, robotics, and medical device organizations reduce production cycles by months.
