You will build the foundational infrastructure and interfaces for Rebase, an AI Operating System designed for complex enterprise environments. Working across the full TypeScript stack, you’ll develop autonomous agents that operate within legacy systems while ensuring data remains secure and traceable. This is a high-impact, founding-level role focused on solving hard engineering challenges.
Full-Stack Engineer at Rebase
Rebase is building Private AI for Work by deploying autonomous agents into complex, messy legacy environments like decades-old ERPs and homegrown databases that most modern AI tools cannot reach. We are seeking a founding-level Full-Stack Engineer to build the core infrastructure and interfaces for these agents, ensuring every output is grounded and traceable within the customer’s own infrastructure. This is a high-stakes, founding-level role offering heavy equity and the opportunity to work on deep AI infrastructure rather than simple wrappers. If you have a track record of shipping end-to-end B2B products and want to solve the hardest problems in enterprise data, Rebase is where you belong.

Role overview
Rebase is a unified AI infrastructure platform that transforms enterprises into AI-first organizations. The platform connects systems, builds context, and provides AI agents for deploying AI across entire organizations. It offers pre-built agents for engineering, operations, compliance, support, and business functions, with capabilities including real-time context from organizational systems, persistent memory for agents, enterprise search, and human-in-the-loop controls. The platform supports over 500 integrations with zero code changes required and can be deployed in weeks. It serves regulated industries including financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, energy, retail, and transportation.
What you will do
- Develop and ship end-to-end features using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL to support autonomous agent operations within customer infrastructure.
- Architect and build secure APIs and interfaces that allow AI agents to interact with decades-old ERPs, homegrown databases, and regulated legacy systems.
- Collaborate on AI infrastructure, implementing RAG pipelines and LLM integrations that prioritize fact-grounding and traceability for enterprise B2B customers.
Who this is a fit for
- Brings 3–5 years of experience shipping enterprise B2B products end-to-end, with a proven ability to manage complex UI, backend, and database architectures.
- Possesses deep proficiency in the TypeScript ecosystem (React, Node.js) and PostgreSQL, ideally with experience in high-growth startups and Next.js or GraphQL.
- Has hands-on experience building production-grade AI infrastructure, including autonomous agents or ML pipelines, rather than simple API wrappers.
Why this role is remarkable
- Work on a founding-level opportunity building “Private AI for Work,” tackling the technical debt and legacy systems that modern AI tools usually cannot reach.
- Join an ambitious team at the ground floor with significant ownership of the product roadmap and direct influence on company direction through heavy equity.
- Build actual autonomous agent infrastructure that performs deep, traceable work in regulated environments, moving beyond simple AI wrappers to solve real-world enterprise problems.
