Full-Stack Product Engineer at Infilla

Join a founding team rebuilding how state and local governments issue permits. You will turn manual, multi-week processes into digital workflows for major clients like the San Francisco Planning Department. As an early engineer, you will own product decisions end-to-end, shipping daily using a modern TypeScript stack to solve the national housing shortage.

• Architect and ship full-stack features using React, Remix, Node.js, and Prisma, moving from concept to production usage in days.
• Integrate agentic AI architectures and concurrent programming patterns to automate complex government workflows and permit processing.
• Collaborate directly with government stakeholders and end users to translate high-stakes regulatory requirements into beautiful, user-centric software solutions.

• Professional experience with full-stack TypeScript development, specifically proficient in React and modern ORMs like Prisma.
• A product-minded builder who prioritizes mission and user experience over specific tools, with a track record of shipping fast in ambiguous environments.
• Based on the West Coast (preferably SF Bay Area) with a strong desire to work in a high-intensity, founding-stage startup culture.
